The International Center for Training and Quality of Services (CTQS) is one of the leading companies in supporting and developing institutions in the fields of training and consulting, establishing quality management systems and qualification for accreditation according to the latest quality standards. The Center was established in 2009 as an Egyptian joint stock company (CTQS), an academic center with a selection of leading experts in providing technical and administrative support to enable service, industrial and educational institutions to ensure effective management and operation. Services of the highest quality, in accordance with the integrated systems of quality management.

In addition, CTQS provides training programs for human resource development and the development of educational, health and industrial institutions to enhance and develop their capabilities and provide them with a competitive advantage in their respective fields.

The CTQS’s mission is to participate effectively and distinctly in institutional capacity building and human resources development. CTQS has distinguished its training programs in cooperation with international donors such as the European Union (EU), CTQS and the African Development Bank (ADB) In addition to constructive cooperation with distinguished educational institutions such as Alexandria University and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport to develop the skills of young people to qualify them for the labor market.

At the international level, a partnership has been established between CTQS and JAMK, one of Finland’s largest universities in applied science.
